RE: Removing stove
We have a cooktop/stove, but no OVEN. We ordered our 5er that way, too. We also have the convection/microwave.
I have YET to miss the oven. I do 99% of my cooking outside in my Dutch ovens, over the campfire, or on the grill. Baked goods always taste better when they come from a Dutch oven! :)
We have a cabinet with a slide out tray where the oven would have gone.

Why! Oh! Why! Do you Guy's Go out and try to shoot Deer?????????? I Kinda like sitting at home watching college football on tv!!! I guess maybe because I was shot at, has alot to to do with it!!! Who's all staying to watch the packer game?????? I have a Thought............. I would like to stay and watch the game? Julie and I need the time to enjoy it with our friends...... I need to know who all will be staying. Thanks for quick responses!!! No shoes for me this time, I think I tore a shoulder muscle fighting with the goats the kids don't want to take care of!!!! Wisconsin plays Penn State Saturday at 2:30 on ABC maybe we can watch and play some dingle balls, whoever might be interested. I'll be coming in around 11:00 p.m. Friday night. Somebody! Until we moved here, I cooked on a gas stove for 20 years. This house came with the cooktop. I HATE IT! I can't wait for this stove to die so I can go out and buy a gas one! Course, there's no gas hookup, so we'll have to add that too. I've canned on it and use my cast iron on it all the time, but still, I WANT MY GAS STOVE BACK! :(
